Most “AI coding” demos stop at a single file. A real MVP needs auth, a data model, a public page, and a way to take payment or collect leads. This is the workflow we see working on RusorAgentAI.
Day 1 — write a ruthless brief
One page, not a novel. Include the user, the job to be done, the stack you already know, and what “done” means for week one. Paste that brief into a new workspace and ask for a plan before any code.
Brief template
- Who is the first user?
- What do they do in the first five minutes?
- Which pages or commands exist in v1?
- What is explicitly out of scope?
Day 2–3 — generate the skeleton
Ask the agent for a repo layout, then for the first vertical slice (one happy path). Review file by file. Reject decorative features. Keep Claude Opus 4.6 on architecture and GPT-5 on copy and simple endpoints.
Day 4 — wire the ugly parts
Auth, env vars, webhooks, email. Paste logs instead of summarizing them. The agent is much better when it sees the actual stack trace.
Day 5 — deploy and invite three users
Production is the only honest QA. Collect notes, open a new thread, and spend tokens on fixes rather than a rewrite.
Create an account or buy a token pack when you are ready to run this loop yourself.
